a little surprise 80th

fringe, fringe, and more fringe... This was my first time making tissue paper fringe and boy was I into it! I threw it all over this party. Love it and love this girly color combo for my MeMe!!

I love my new spin on the standard tissue paper puffs - it gives them more of a Chinese lantern feel. I just had to change it up - I get bored easily.
