a curious 2nd birthday

baked by yours truly and frosted/decorated by my artistically talented husband who is good at everything he does!

The chandeliers dripped with curiosity: binoculars, magnifying glasses, spyglasses and of course, George's favorite fruit, bananas!

I made the gingham puff ball ribbon.

I was so excited when I found these linking bananas at a teacher store - they added so much!

I just had to make the birthday boy's shirt look just like Curious George's T.
